Ah, sweet justice! And a victory for the honest CITIZENS of Crawford, Texas who are probably sick unto death of the moonbat crew! And their stench and litter.

I'm surprised they found someone who even agreed to argue that the bans weren't Constitutional. SOme things are so open and shut you have to wonder what the lawyer was thinking.

The ban would be unconstitutional if it was directed at a specific group in an effort to deny freedom of speech, association, etc. I suspect that's what they argued, what else would there be?

During the decade when I was growing up in the American Midwest (1976-'86), I was under a distinct impression that our government was one created "of the people, by the people, and for the people." Minds guided by simple logic and rational intelligent choice wouldn't accept anything otherwise because we wouldn't agree on having it any other way.
In spite of the fact that Cindy isn't very educated, and her demeanor is being perceived at large as 'disruptive,' or perhaps even 'sinister' at its worst, her incessant calls to really look at and examine truth in the eyes is what bothers most people, and will not go away.
Just my opinion, folks.
