Katherine Harris: Deceiptful and Needs to Drop Out
She stinks of corruption and needs to drop out of the race; we don't need our own Florida "Torch":
U.S. Senate candidate Katherine Harris received a grand jury subpoena from federal investigators and concealed the fact from top campaign advisers hired to help her deflect negative publicity, her former campaign manager has disclosed.
"Yes, there was a subpoena. She didn't tell us," said Glenn Hodas, Harris' third and most recent campaign manager. He said he learned of it in June while reviewing invoices from powerhouse Washington lawyer Benjamin J. Ginsberg and confronted his boss.
The invoices, Hodas said, were for work relating to a "DOJ subpoena," referring to the U.S. Department of Justice.
The discovery culminated in the latest round of staff departures, in mid-July, Hodas said. Those resignations included Hodas and a campaign spokesman.
"Finding out about the subpoena caused me to wonder about what was going on and what else I didn't know, but I don't want to comment any further on what appears to be a pending investigation," said Hodas, reached by telephone Tuesday.
I would LOVE to see Tommy Franks run!

This failure of Harris to inform her handlers of potential landmines in their path is reminiscent of George Bush’s lapse when he knowingly failed to report his DUI conviction on that RNC screening questionnaire. Maybe Harris could follow Bush’s lead and bring in Karl Rove and Karen Hughes to spin this into a positive. Hughes can tell everyone that Harris concealed the subpoena because she didn’t want to set a bad example for the youth of America by admitting to public corruption. Rove can start a whisper campaign that Harris’s campaign manager was a DNC mole placed on her staff to discredit her. It worked for W. Could work here.
Things have got to be pretty bad in the Harris camp with staff members jumping into the lifeboats in droves, and right wing bloggers that normally support all manner of evil within their ranks damning her in public. Maybe it won’t work after all.
I’d also be highly in favor of a Tommy Franks candidacy for any elected federal office. It would be entertaining to watch him defend his speculation that under certain circumstances Americans would be willing to accept a military dictatorship in order to feel safe from terrorism. The General is obviously in touch with the beliefs of the common man.

The subpoena was delivered to her while working as a congresswoman about what she's done while a congresswoman.
Bush had a DUI 30 years ago. And I am not sure there is any evidence for your claim other than leftist conspiracy conjecture on the internet.
