Can you believe that people are suing the government and DEMANDING citizenship?
Ten Middle Eastern and Asian immigrants sued the government Tuesday for allegedly letting their U.S. citizenship applications linger indefinitely by delaying background checks.
Filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, the suit asks that a federal judge review the files and administer the oath of citizenship.
It also seeks class-action status to include all immigrants who have been waiting at least six months for naturalization after filing applications at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service in Los Angeles.
This is insane.

Just imagine the gall of a bunch of ignorant foreigners trying to make the Bush Administration follow Federal Law and approve or deny a citizenship application in 120 days. Insane is a good description of them. It probably indicates that these stupid,....what did you call them yesterday Aaron?....was it "sand niggers"?...actually are deluded and believe that stuff about equal protection under the law, and the executive branch having to follow the laws that are passed by Congress. I guess they will have to just get an education in the way the Bush Admininstration and its supporters view the role of the executive branch in our government. Under the new proto-fascist state, laws only mean what the executive branch says that they mean and if you as a citizen or a legal alien say otherwise, then you are insane, treasonous or worse.
Aliens go HOME!!
