Hezbollah ready for 'open war' with Israel

"We are ready for it -- war, war on every level," said Nasrallah, soon after Israel's military reportedly hit his home and destroyed Hezbollah's headquarters in southern Beirut.

I was absolutely shocked this past weekend when my dear friend Andrea, a lifelong liberal, commented (quite seriously) that she thought it was high time that all the Islamofascists were wiped off the face of the earth because all they were good for was causing death and destruction. Now admittedly, I had oral surgery on Friday and I was on medication, but I checked with our friend Marty later and he confirms that she really did say it! Not that we disagreed, mind you, but it still startled us to hear her say something so sensible.
