Now, we should not forget Scooter Libby who (I think the evidence might be reasonable) could have perjured himself and obstructed justice. If he did, he should face full wrath of the law. Perjury and obstructing justice are SERIOUS offenses.

The lefties have two takes on this.. a) It's not official until Fitzgerald says it, and b) Fitzgerald probably cut a deal with Rove, in exchange for Rove pointing the finger at Cheney. Two equally laughable possibilities.
