Nobody's in meltdown except the Bush administration.
Libby was only indicted on obstruction and perjury instead of the leak because everybody in the Whitehouse is lying so consistantly that Fitzgerld can't tell who to prosecute for the leak.
Delay doesn't have a new judge and i doubt he'll get one. He's also moved to have his trial moved out of Austin because it's a mostly Democratic district and that didn't work either. I can hardly wait for jury selection. I expect him to challenge every juror that doesn't have a Republican voter registration on bias. What this all boils down to is that Delay doesn't want a fair trial, because when he gets one he's going to jail. He wants a trial where the judge, jury and prosecutor are all on his side. He ain't gonna get it.
