She's Back: Fatina Redux

ABP and Michelle Malkin already have hilarious posts up about this professional victim, Fatina Abdrobboh. Listen to the hate crimes she has endured a muslim American woman:

Last month, while driving home from the airport, I managed to get lost in construction detours. I rolled down my window and asked a woman in the car next to me for directions: "Will this road take me into Cambridge?" I couldn't believe my eyes when she ignored my question and rolled up her window.

It was broad daylight. I had not - before then - considered my appearance frightening or abnormal. Apparently she did.

Or maybe the driver is an informed woman and recognized you, Fatina. What about hate crime #2:

I recently participated in a phone-a-thon for a religious studies program at Harvard. A friend tapped my shoulder and said her caller wanted to speak with a Muslim. I took the phone. It turned out the man was a preacher from Texas and wanted to know when Muslims "were going to join the rest of the enlightened world and rid themselves of fanaticism." I tried to explain that the matter was far more complicated than simply blaming the beliefs of a billion people and that it was misguided to blame Islam for the actions of its fringe extremists. The preacher interrupted me and said I sounded like "every other wishy-washy" Muslim ambiguous about condemning terrorism. Needless to say, he didn't donate to the program.

Her answer to the preacher's question would certainly qualify as Laura Ingraham's "Duck of the Day."

But I wonder...how do we know she is not making all this stuff up?

Also, don't forget about our Fatina Hero Project. Please comment on how you've heroically helped muslims.

Fatina Abdrabboh is not allowed to drive in her Holy land of Mecca. Saudi Arabia doesn't permit women behind the wheel of a car, so they don't ever need to ask for directions! Why doesn't she round-up all her Muslim-American sisters, and go there to complain!

I have a friend that has an uncanny ability to pick crazy women to date. If there were 100 available women in the room, he'd find the loon. I think Fatina has this same ability with finding supposedly anti-Muslim people. Then again, because she is looking for it, the scowl on her face in preparation for rejection scares potential good people away. Besides, if she started finding nice people, she'd have nothing to write about and would be out of a job. She probably figures it's worth lying a bit to get a byline in th NYT.
