The Conservatarian Party Platform

Preamble

When in the course of human events, thousands upon thousands of people reside in the same nation, it is inevitable that factions will rise up among the people and demand that the people adhere to rules dictated by those factions. In order to prevent tyranny of such factions, the federal government has the job of providing the means for different factions to co-exist without infringing upon each other’s rights.

We Conservatarians hold this truth to be self-evident, that the two major political factions within the USA – the Democratic Party and the Republican Party – have strayed from promoting the kind of federal government that the USA’s founders had envisioned, a federal government that provides individual citizens as much liberty as possible without causing harm to other citizens.

We the Conservatarians have joined together in order to raise our voices in unison in response to the political ideas that we believe to be contrary to the U.S. Constitution and contrary to the vision of the Constitution’s authors. We do hereby present our interpretation of what our nation’s founders envisioned for our nation.
